In our last Bio Board meeting, it was decided to set up quarterly BIO all-hands meetings.

The first of these all-hands is scheduled for 14 December at 11 AM.  An announcement to all will be sent later.

The format will be ~ 1h (1h15 maxi) with some coffee, tea and pastries.

I would like to put in place the following mechanism to populate the content of all-hands meetings with useful information.

1. First, we define a list of topics. Below are 4 topics, you can propose additional ones

• Introduction: DD or ADD provide ANL information relevant for Bio (15 min max)
• Science/technology programs: PI presents the science plan/technology development and the team  (30 min max)
• Accomplishments: here I would like to have some accomplishments for all categories of personnel. A few selected ones per meeting
• People: new hires and people leaving BIO, including all categories of personnel.

2. A few weeks before the all-hands meeting, you will be asked to contribute items in these topics
3. DD/ADD put together an agenda from these items

For the December 14^th meeting,  I will talk about the Climate survey results for BIO. Ken offered to present his Wetland Biogeochemistry SFA. We need Accomplishments, People new hire and departure (AGAIN, everyone whether staff, contractor, no-pay….)

Please send (i) ideas to make this all-hands informative to everyone and (ii) items from your team for the upcoming meeting.
