I noticed in the URL below that it went to 2016. That’s wrong. Turns out that if you AREN’T logged in, you get a message to login and once successful, it redirects to the 2015 form which is a symlink to 2016. Not sure why it was done like that, but I’ve changed the symlink to 2017 and tested successfully as I logged out and in. Not sure if they should resubmit? At least it was only one..
