Project description: Running sequence similarity searches using a variety of algorithms including BLAST, BLAT, uclust, vmatch against a large non-redundant sequence database. Project URL: Requested allocation: 580,000 Justification: "During the last allocation we have scaled up from running single node jobs to jobs of an arbitrary size. Additionally we worked to efficiently utilize backfill time slots due to the flexible run time of our code.
