Here are two changes (reductions) in requested allocations, one for a new project and the other for a renewal. Apparently they didn't want to be a part of the 1M club (ie, give a presentation, as they said they are tied up with other work at the moment). Any objections to reducing these requests to the amounts given below? Comp_Nanocatalysis is a renewal which originally asked for 1.2M Comp_Soft_Catalysts is a new project which originally asked for 1M.
