At the Allocations meeting, the committee approved 125K for this project. Should I give them the approved 125K or in light of this request, should we ask Steve (the PoC) or the committee to grant more? Note that for the year to date, we've only given them 500K, although they have asked for 2.5M prior to this request. I say we just give them the 125K for now.
