I just checked with Ana and apologize that I've overestimated her immediate needs.

Immediately, she plans to run at least 200 jobs, length 1 hour, jobs varying between 16-32 cores (roughly 6400 core hours minimum). I'd like to pad that up to 10,000 core-hours (in next 2 weeks).

After that, there are likely going to be similar runs in the coming months performed by me or her supervisor. So I think 100,000 hours spread over the next 6 months should be sufficient. But we certainly need about 10,000 in the next two weeks. I will leave it to the committee to decide if they want to grant only the immediate need and have me reapply later when I know more.
