I do approve this request for more time. I note that (at their request) we gave anl-dcc most of its allocation in the 1st quarter. Unfortunately they weren't quite as ready as they thought they were and lost a lot of that allocation at the end of December. Since fusion was very full then, this unused allocation did not significantly impact fusion's use. Lately fusion looks quite empty, so it should not hurt to give them the additional allocation.
