John Low,

Please talk with Pavan on Friday and see what they need for the students. We can only go to 150K now. Whatever you decide is OK with me.

I am unhappy with the way that this project has projected its needs. Their lack of foresight is the real issue with the students.

Ray,

Here is a quick summary of the two options.  If I remember right you don’t need onsite installation help with these nodes.  If that is the case, I will adjust the quote.

I think the students will be gone by then.  They seem anxious to get
their work done now.

Right; so rather than delay now while radix figures out how to
restructure itself, requests and waits for new projects and
redistributes the students among the new projects, I vote for simply
keeping radix intact for now and giving them enough time to see radix
and their students through for the remainder of the FY.  They already
have been running multiple projects under radix now for 10 months, so
I don't see much value in splitting them up now; better to do the
split at the new FY.  Just my opinion.

Regardless, I'll add 50K now, and we can add more or not later based
on what's decided.
