We finally got a report from mpich_abi (I had talked w/ one of the
PIs).  Not an extensive report, but given the nature of the project
and the amount of time used last FY, good enough.  An HTMLified

I've now turned on this project, granting them 25K for each of
Q2, Q3 and Q4 as they requested in their FY15 project renewal.
