Based on a quick like at eligibility, it notes the following: Applicant institutions are limited to no more than 3 letters of intent or proposals for each PI at the applicant institution. The expected number of awards is 3 to 7. It would be good to coordinate with respect submissions to this FOA. LOI is due April 17 and proposals are due May 15.
