If you have a UChicago affiliation then you can use UChicago's Zoom, which has no limitations compared to Zoomgov. This is what I use every day since I find BlueJeans cumbersome to use and it seems like nobody really uses it outside a few government agencies. At the same time, Microsoft Teams is buggy and cumbersome also.
