Hello Everyone: As you probably are aware, the X-Stack FOA<https://science.osti.gov/-/media/grants/pdf/foas/2021/SC_FOA_0002460.pdf> was released yesterday. Each pre-application must address at least one of two research areas: (1) automated test synthesis and/or (2) parallel-programming-model translation. The limitation of 2 pre-applications/applications is applicable to the lead institution and the limitation of 1 pre-application is applicable to a PI. No limits were given for senior/key personnel. Each lab is limited to 2 pre-applications as the lead institution, for which we will use the following time line for down-select and possible merging: 1. Monday, February 8: send Janet ([email protected]<mailto:[email protected]>) a short concept paper, up to one page in length, identifying the team, if applicable, and a short description of your proposal concept 2. Wednesday, February 10: feedback to identify the 2 concept papers to move forward We are in the process of identifying the down-select committee. Paul will lead an info session next week; details will be distributed soon.
