Hi Everyone, I have been encouraging everyone to use the arXiv partly as a result of my own frustration at not being able to find CS papers that should be in the open literature, but shamefully, are not. Finally, ACM is (apparently) seeing the light. So please do take this (extremely simple) survey. (I already did.) You may get the impression from the ACM email that the survey has something to do with computing in general, but it doesn't. It's completely generic.
