Hotels go FAST and the CELS Directorate would like to encourage anyone who plans to attend to book their hotel as early as possible. NOTE: When booking your hotel, it is very important to make a reservation that is 100% refundable. Again, this is not approval to attend, the current travel status is still suspended.
