Hi Everyone, The DOE is now treating international virtual meetings as equivalent to real ones -- this means permission must be sought from the program office, see attached. Not a major change from how we do things, but something to keep in mind because of the time needed to get permission. Argonne will probably revise its own rules in response. Meantime, if you are planning to attend ANY virtual meeting organized by a foreign entity, please inform the division office well ahead of time. Thanks! Salman
