All, Effective communication is hard. I have been trying to figure out the right frequency and the right level of detail to include in these updates so that I am giving you useful information. This is complicated by the fact that we are a fairly large group and different people are going to want different levels of detail. Here is some information on how the attachments are laid out to help you decide what to look at: * NEW: If you just want the 50,000 ft level of detail, there is a two slide PDF that just shows what we said we would do last quarter and how we did and what we are projecting for the next quarter. * If you prefer prose, the executive summary of the update should have roughly equivalent details to the slides. * There is a table of contents at the top of the update, so if you have a particular interest, you can go there for additional detail without reading the entire update. * The last two pages of the update (overview by staff and overview by project) are just there for reference. They don’t change much quarter to quarter. * If you have additional questions, please feel free to reach out to me for further detail. If you want to provide feedback on the usefulness of these updates, please do so.
