Dear Argonne Computing Community,

The ALCF will begin allocating time for approved ThetaGPU requests starting on Tuesday, September 22.

ThetaGPU was fully dedicated to coronavirus research when deployed in May. While coronavirus research will remain the system's top priority, we are expanding ThetaGPU’s availability to the broader Argonne user community.

ThetaGPU is capable of handling complex and diverse workloads, integrating data analytics with AI training and learning into a single platform.

To be considered for an allocation award, please submit your request using our Discretionary Allocation Request form at https://accounts.alcf.anl.gov/#!/allocationRequest

Please note that during this early rollout period, there will be limited support on ThetaGPU.
