SUBJECT: IHWW Intranet Project—Division Engagement Sessions
The Improving How We Work (IHWW) Intranet Redesign Project has entered a stage when your input is essential to shaping this improved communication tool and the collaborations that will make it work.
I’m asking that each division director schedule a division engagement session with the intranet team by contacting Brianna Lang at
langb@anl.gov, who will coordinate a time in July that works best for you and your team. Divisions within a directorate may wish to schedule a combined engagement session.
Division engagement sessions will be most successful if you involve your team leaders (including communications leads), intranet content owners/creators, access administrators, publishers, and others who work with or rely on the intranet in direct or unique
ways. We strongly suggest you identify one of the attendees as your division’s intranet redesign change ambassador.
Each division engagement session will last between an hour and 90 minutes (depending on group size). By attending the session, your team will better understand the goals, timelines, and changes resulting from this initiative; be introduced to the possible impact
the redesign will have on your division and individual stakeholders; and provide input that will shape Argonne’s new intranet and improve its likelihood of success.
