Good evening –

Two events have given rise to significant information to share with all employees.  As Kim mentioned in her email on March 4 (attached), Argonne was approved to provide vaccines, and the DOE has issued a COVID-19 Workplace Safety Plan.

To help our teams understand the opportunities and implications of both, we are conducting a Vaccine Town Hall 2 and Safety Plan Discussion - Tuesday, March 16 at 11am. The Argonne community will receive an invitation as soon as we can. We look forward to hearing from Dion Antonopoulos, Dr. Lisa Pocius, Stephanie D’Angelo, and Paul Kearns.

We understand this is short notice, so ask you to please arrange your calendars so you can attend, and encourage your teams to do so as well.  DOE has expectations of high participation given the importance of both topics to their priorities and success.

Thanks,

Leslie
