Thanks to a heads-up from Rajeev, it turns out that the what's listed in the spreadsheet is actually:

"a list of publications where there are outstanding issues and action is required by your division personnel:

Article is published but not submitted to PANDA
Article is published but an accepted manuscript was not submitted to PANDA"

as further clarified by Yvete Woell.

So apologies for hitting the panic button! But I am still curious if their list is complete -- so no harm completing the Basecamp doc.

PS I got thrown off by the following: "Attached is the list of peer reviewed publications authored by Argonne authors for the current fiscal year according to the Web of Science." Must learn to extrapolate less ;-).
