Subject: Re: [CELS Announcements] CELS Onsite Work Interest Survey

Thanks to all that have already completed the survey (335 out of 526 so far).  We will be closing the survey today at close of business so if you haven’t already done so, please follow this link to take the survey as this will help in our planning. If you don’t take the survey, the assumption will be made that you will “continue to work from home full time” until Argonne resumes full normal operations.  This will be our assumption for current planning purposes but we will revisit this in the coming months so no worries if you don’t provide this baseline feedback.

Thanks, Devin

Subject: [CELS Announcements] CELS Onsite Work Interest Survey

All,

As CELS  leadership continues planning to move from Minimum Safe Operations to the Limited Operations and then Flexible Telework phases and safely expand access to the site, we are asking about individual interest working onsite for those that aren’t already.  If you are already working onsite, we need your feedback as well!  Follow this link to take the survey (should only take 3-5 minutes to complete).  We need your response by close of business Tuesday, June 2nd to initiate our detailed planning.

Once we get your feedback, we will be drafting a plan to present to lab management and DOE regarding phased return to work for CELS employees during the Limited Operations and the Flexible Telework phases. We will be using the survey information to inform our plan and it’s implementation (e.g., cohorts, density determinations, proximity to others) using the guiding principles below.  Note, your survey response is to gauge completely voluntary interest and is not to be considered a binding agreement or commitment of any sort.  It is important to note that the lab campus will be very different.  Masks and social distancing will be required, and meeting spaces and food services will be limited during these two upcoming phases as shown on the attached.

Please let me know if you have specific questions or concerns and thanks in advance for your prompt response so we can continue moving forward with our planning.  Thanks!
