Hello, Alex (cc’ed) tried to apply for the JLSE account, but he couldn’t log in at https://accounts.jlse.anl.gov/index.php?tpl=request_identity.tpl using his ANL account. Although he can log in to other ANL website, e.g., inside or mail, he sees the error message, “Unable to authenticate your ANL username and password” when he tries to use it at the “Request New Account” on the JLSE website.
