Ben, I've manually added them and they should now be in LDAP. Not sure if there's anything more that you need to do to activate them on the systems. This happened the very first time I tried to log in.

I have tried to reset my password several times but, even though it meets all the criteria I am told setting it was unsuccessful. Could someone take a look and let me know what's amiss on my account?
