Raj, So evidently, when a request comes in thats doesn't use a ANL domain account. I actually have to approve it before the request goes out to the sponsor. You should see the request via email now. All, I talked to Ti about this. They typically have an admin do this, but we haven't specified anyone to watch for external accounts with JLSE. This is their "is this a real person" check that Ti and Craig had mentioned to us. I think we should just skip this initial approval step for external account requests if its technically feasible.
