Did you click on "Request or Remove Resource Access" under Account Information? It is towards the bottom of the page after you login to accounts.jlse.anl.gov. The "JLSE General Resources" checkbox grants you SSH access. Ken On 04/28/2015 12:46 PM, Huiwei Lu wrote:
