Raj, they can apply for accounts. But you should be their sponsor.

Ken and Ben were working on figuring out with Ti on how to add you as the account sponsor. They can let you know if they were able to accomplish this.

Hi Ben, Daqing and Qishi applied for JLSE account a couple of weeks ago. Qishi is a US citizen and Daqing’s 593 got approved a few days ago. Can you please get them setup on tubes?
