Hi, I am trying to request a new account on the JLSE page. I've logged in using my ANL domain credentials, and my CELS account information was populated correctly. However, I can not create a username with the same alias I use for all other accounts (see attached screenshot). Do I have to create a user account with a different alias? Thanks, Youssef
