Hello,
I am a new hire with the CESAR team (MCS
division) trying to create a JLSE account. My user name and password
pass the Argonne credential test page listed on the account site. When I
type my ANL account and pass though, it gives me the following error
message:
Unable to authenticate your ANL username and password
I have tried multiple times, with both my ANL and MCS credentials, and I'm sure I checked "I agree". Not sure how to proceed. Can you offer any help, or is this a larger problem with the ANL system? I can log in to everything else.
